8 Regina and the planetary spiritual movement of 1968
The end of the Age of Pisces and the beginning of the Age of Aquarius brought a change with regard to how our planet receives the energy from the cosmos that keep him alive. In the previous era the main receiving center of these energies had been the mountain ranges of the Himalayas. In the present era, it corresponds the turn to exercise identical function to the mountain range of the Andes. However, transforming the purely biological process of receiving those energies in a use of them that would enable to drive the evolution of humanity, was an extremely high mission that could only be entrusted to a being from the Celestial Circles incarnate temporarily on Earth to carry out that mission; that being was Regina [Queen].
Regina was born at noon on March 21, 1948 in the so called “Aldea de los reyes” [Village of kings], a small town located hillside of the Popocatepetl and the Iztaccihuatl [“Smoking mountain” and “Sleeping woman” respectively, in nahuatl language], the two volcanoes that constitute the oldest and most important pair of mexicans, main leaders of the mexican chakra that, as has been said, covers the entire northern portion of the American continent. The task for which Regina was sent to this world was precisely to break the millennial dream of both volcanoes so that they were the ones who took charge of the process of reactivation of the whole chakra of Mexico. Once again, it would be Tibet, the true spiritual reserve of the planet, the one which would provide adequate means for the little feminine avatar to receive adequate training. A few weeks after her birth, Regina is taken to the land of the eternal snows, first to the monastery of Sera and later to the Potala palace, where wise lamas will awaken their latent faculties of Dakini (celestial being of female nature).
The time for Tibet was near the end; In March 1959 the leaders of the chinese flock decided to transform the great Central Asian plateau into a colony subject to a cynical and cruel exploitation. Thanks to the solidarity of the people of Lhasa who rised in arms to prevent Regina from falling into the hands of the invaders, she succeeds in escaping from the besieged capital and moves to a hidden valley of the Himalayas, where she will continue developing her powers under the guide off the Tagdra Rimpoche lama, former regent of Tibet. From the heavenly valley in the Himalayas, Regina will be taken in 1965 to a ancient Chinese monastery turned into a prison; where she will conclude her training stage under the guidance of the Tsu monastery, site of great reputation in sacred music. In March of 1968 Regina returns to Mexico
The first and successful task done by Regina took place in Teotihuacan. Supported not only by those who at that time were the four most important guardians of the traditions of Mexico, but also by those who once exercised those same tasks, the dakini used the Pyramid of the Moon to fulfill the purpose of its constructors when built it: Neutralize the permanent reverie that dominates human beings and which leads them to confuse reality with chimerical fantasies.
For six months -just the time the Pyramid of the Moon would remain operatiing- the whole world will be shaken by unexpected events. In several places, important nuclei of population reached an unusual lucidity, which led them to realize the terrible injustices that support the functioning of modern societies. A clamor of protest covered the planet. Multitudinous demonstrations expressed in all tones their rejection of the widespread use of violence, both to which human beings exert themselves and to that which they practice against every living being, the Earth included.
Taking advantage of the favorable circumstances that had arisen as a result of the rupture of the prison of the Moon, which in the specific case of Mexico would give rise to what is commonly known as "The movement of 68", Regina was maneuvering skillfully to carry out a ritual tending to achieve the awakening of Popocatepetl and Iztaccihuatl. The first part of this ritual took place the 27 of August of the multicitado year of 1968. The altar where the ritual was realized was the Zócalo or main square of the City of Mexico; 400 thousand people attended the ceremony and officiated the Queen of Mexico and her four principal assistants. The instruments used during the ritual were a bell made by New Spanish alchemists, prodigious bars of tumbaga [a kind of alloy] -produced of the unsurpassed patience of the Chinese alchemists- and the cathedral itself. The second stage of the ritual took place on September 13 of that unforgettable year. Several millions of people participated in this ritual, who, throughout the country and the country of the eagles, maintained for several hours a profound silence, generating with it a force of indescribable power that was used by Regina to instantly pronounce three times the sacred name of ME-XIHC-CO!
When concluded the ritual, Regina maintained for more than 50 hours the belief that the same had reached its purpose and the two volcanoes were awake and ready to enter into action. It had not happened that way, and only the Popocatepetl was conscious
As a result of an event that took place in 1473 -a year in which the cult of female deities practiced in Tlatelolco was suspended- a serious imbalance had arisen in the energies that sustain the chakra of Mexico, so that all that existed of female nature was much more lethargic than that which possessed a male nature, including of course the most important mexican feminine, that is, the Iztaccihuatl.
In view of the unexpected setback Regina had no other recourse than sacrifice herself. Once again this mysterious and inexplicable fact occurred, confronting the simple dictates of reason, that in order to reach a high purpose it is necessary in certain occasions the sacrifice of the most pure beings and of greater spiritual evolution. Tlatelolco, the place where the imbalance had been created, should be the place where the lost harmony was to be restored
What happened was a terribly cruel and brutal act. The high number of victims will never be known, but 401 martyrs are known. Regina and 400 true mexicans who had realized the transmutation to which the old emblem of Mexico alludes in where the eagle, representation of the spirit, has managed to transcend to the matter that the serpent symbolizes.

Regina and 400 Mexicans who had made the transmutation actually referred to the ancient emblem of Mexico where the eagle, representing the spirit, has managed to transcend the art that the serpent symbolizes.
On October 2, 1968 marks the beginning not only of awakening the chakra of Mexico, but the beginning of a process of spiritual rebirth that will try to cover the entire planet, because under the current evolutionary stage of the Earth, everything that happens therein it is inserted into a consciousness that is no longer local but global.
